The business was started in 1979 in Whiteville, NC and moved to Cheraw in 2001.We are a factory authorized service center for most major appliance brands. We offer service and repair on all brands of major home appliances. We make house calls and offer in shop repairs. We have the largest inventory of appliance parts in Chesterfield County. We also purchase and sell quality used appliances. We give a free warranty on each used appliance sold. We do not sell new appliances. We are proud to have been recognized by General Electric for the years of 1996 and 2000 as one of only 500 GE Authorized Service Centers in the United States to have maintained a 100% customer satisfaction rating for the entire year. After we complete a service call for a GE warranty or Service Contract, GE mails the customer a survey asking them to rate their experience with our company. This demonstrates our desire and drive to satisfy our customers.
